This website, its original content, and all features + functionality are owned by Lauren Kafi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Payment types
On this website, we accept direct payment through your credit/debit card and Apple Pay. These purchases are facilitated through Square, INC and Squarespace.
For clients, we accept payment through direct invoice using your credit/debit card. These purchases are facilitated through Square and Squarespace.
All tips and donations are accepted through Cash App and Square.
Refunds & Cancellations
We have the right to terminate any service if we feel like it is not ethically sound to continue working with you. However, refunds will never be provided under any circumstances. Lauren Kafi’s time is valuable and deserves to be compensated accordingly. Once you pay for the service, you are committing to respecting the time and energy of this practice. Please do not purchase anything from this space unless you are 100% ready.
We do provide exchange of service. If you purchase something and then realize that you would like something else, please email laurenkafi@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase. After your product has been sent out, an exchange of services cannot be requested.
Late Delivery
We will expressly communicate with you about tardy work. Any late delivery will not consistute a refund. For this reason, we ask that you pay upon delivery of your product. We are a small business with few employees, and Lauren Kafi conducts all services alone. Sometimes, things will get behind. Please be patient with this process. If we are tardy with your work, we will always stay in constant communication with you about it.
Clients
All clients receive access to Kafi’s personal phone line. This line is ONLY to discuss astrological or tarot services. If you abuse the phone line, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately and without notice.
Please be on time for our meeting. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately and without notice for (1) No Call, No Show.
All invoices are sent to your email through Square and are due at the end of the session. If we have not received payment by an hour after the end of the session (and we have not discussed this previously), we reserve the right to terminate services immediately and without notice.
Minors
Minors (anyone under the age of 18) are not welcome to purchase services or interact with the content on this website. We deliver adult content w/ adult themes and even with a parent’s consent, we would rather give the services to the parent/guardian on your behalf. If we find out that you are a minor, a full refund will be provided and all services will be terminated immediately and without notice. Any customer accounts created will by the minor will be erased, and all information will be removed from our database. We take no responsibility and claim no liability for minors who choose to hide their age to receive these services or engage with the content on this website.
Customer Accounts
The owner of this website may decide to terminate your access to her website without cause or notice at any given time. This may result in the complete erasure of all information associated with your account.
